Command line option to add Runbook server?

We are Automating the build out of our servers and we are installing Orchestrator and the Rollup Packs via command line no problem. Is there a way from the command line to add a Runbook Server instead of having to use the GUI?
Have the same question for Integration Packs?

    the parameters to Install Orchestrator from commandline is documented here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/system-center/orchestrator/install?view=sc-orch-2022#install-from-the-command-prompt

    Important is to use setup.exe NOT setupsco.exe.
