I know that this question has been asked. But I can't find the solution to it. I just recently updated my Microsoft password. When I tap the Authenticator app and Sign in to Update Backup.
Then I get the message "Something went wrong. Please send us logs using the Send logs options." I turned off the Cloud backup because I had problems getting into it.
So what do I do to change the password in Authenticator Cloud Backup?
