@KarinaSanches-9250 The easiest way to get these details is from the qnamaker.ai portal by navigating to the KB that is required, click on the settings tab of the KB to find the details under the deployment details section.

Hello! When I go to the application settings, I don't see all the options (QnAKnowledgebaseId, QnAAuthKey, QnAEndpointHostName). I had to enter all these QnA parameters and paste my information. But when I test the app, my bot doesn't respond with the knowledge base I published. what could be wrong?

Hi, thanks for your reply.

I'll try. I also don't know where to find the LUIS information. I will also add LUIS to my bot framework.

LuisAppId
LuisAPIKey
LuisAPIHostName

do you know where i found the information above?

thanks!

@KarinaSanches-9250 You will have to create a luis app from luis.ai to get the app id. After the app is trained and published the endpoint and keys are available from the manage tab of the app that is used. To create a LUIS app you would also need to create a LUIS resource either from azure portal or luis portal which creates a resource in the associated subscription.
