Specific email address not receiving due to different or seconday IP domain

Greetings,

I can send emails to any email domain or recipient. However, I am receiving bounce-back error code 421.4.4.2 for a specific email domain. After checking with the recipient, found out that the email was sent to a different IP address domain instead of the actual IP. However, the recipient is receiving other emails without issues, except for us.
