Dependancy Agent Windows Server 2022 support

Any news on when the dependancy agent will be supported for Windows Server 2022 telemetry. We are currently running it (latest version) on a number of servers, and while it works recently well it still fails to monitor certain aspects (like figuring out Windows Server version).

Hello @MagnusTjerneld-6982,

Edit:
As to the information I have received from internal teams, Microsoft is retiring the Log Analytics agent and all dependency agents. agents-overview. We don't really have an ETA at the moment on supportability of dependency agent for windows server 2022. It may or may not be supported.

On 31 August 2024, we'll retire the Log Analytics agent that you use in Azure Monitor.

Consider using Azure Arc (if needed) and the Azure Monitor agent for Windows Server 2022. Apologies if any earlier updates caused the confusion. Hope this helps. Feel free to tag me in your comments for any further concerns.
