Azure Speech - Dutch phonemes support in TTS and SSML

Based on the docs https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cognitive-services/speech-service/speech-ssml-phonetic-sets there should be support for "aː" phonetic symbol in nl-NL. However, when applied in SSML and played in Azure Speech Studio, the sound (by far) is not what "aː" should be.

For example:
Word "kamer" with phoneme "kaːmər" does not produce the desired pronunciation.
(The word "kamer" actually has correct pronunciation with the available Dutch models without using any phoneme. But we have some product names that are mispronounced and we need the "aː" vowel to create the right phonemes for them.)

Also, the vowel "aː" is in the docs (above) as supported symbol but is not in the UI Phoneme editor in Speech Studio. Is it really supported? Are there any alternative transcription for it?

Thanks!

I have seen some posts complained about Dutch. Can you share any update here?

Dutch is a popular language, any plan for better support?
