Hi, if you set to $false , then AADConnect wont be able to run its basic tasks that it needs:

This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
Dear Sir/Madam,
Nice to meet you. Here is Patrick.
When I access my Azure AD Connect, I run the command Get-ADSyncScheduler
I found the option MaintenanceEnabled is Ture by default.
I would ask what's the difference for me to set True/False for this option?
Any impact for keep set it as True/False?
Thanks,
Patrick

Hi Patrick,
Thanks for reaching out.
I'd want to add to what @Andy David - MVP has already said.
Yes, changing MaintenanceEnabled
to false causes issues, hence it's not supported to disable maintenance tasks. Hope this helps.
