I want to keep unmanaged profiles in SharePoint 2019

I have disabled "My Site Cleanup job", but unmanaged profiles are stil being deleted.

We have an onprem intranet application authenticating through Kerberos to an onprem AD from which we synchronize user profiles with MIM.
The same application has been extended using AzureAD provider to give access to external users (guest) on our tenant.

The onprem user profiles synchronized by MIM have all the required information that the intranet application needs to give a good user experience.
Since we don't synchronize AzureAD user profiles we have manually created profiles (powershell) with right data for AzureAD users

As I understand is the My Site Cleanup Job that removes profiles that are marked for deletion. The unmanaged user profiles are not marked for deletion in UserProfile_Full table on the UPS Profile database and the My Site Cleanup job has been disabled... Our problem is that the unmanaged profiles stil disappear.

    Per my research, there is little useful information about this issue and i am not able to reproduce this issue. I would suggest you open a ticket with Microsoft for further help.
