@TomBlackman-9523,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A platform. Happy to answer your question.

Can you please confirm if you can access AD for tenant f4f2c07f-acf1-4ad3-84fe-fd277c60fcc. Please confirm from your end using this link: Portal.azure.com/f4f2c07f-acf1-4ad3-84fe-fd277c60fcc (please check if the GUID is correct). If the tenant is not available, maybe it was deleted, and once deleted, it can’t be restored.

There is a similar issue in Q&A. Can you please check if this solution will solve your problem - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/635844/index.html

Please let me know if I can help you further on this case. Thanks.

When trying to access:

https://portal.azure.com/f4f2c07f-acf1-4ad3-84fe-fd277c6e0fcc

I get the exact same error as before "Sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in."

This tenant was deleted, and it should be gone. Why its still available for selection in the Azure portal is why I am posting here, because I will not pay for support from MS for something that shouldn't be happening.

I just want to delete everything, but I cannot do so until this is gone. At this point, I'm going to have to cancel my CC to make sure MS doesn't charge me anything.

And no, that was not a solution. I tried applying a subscription to the tenant in the hope that I could manage the tenant, but it fails when I try to apply it. Again, its deleted.

Nope, that's not the issue.

From the "Directories + Subscriptions" page on the portal:

When I hit "Switch" the error in the first post appears.
