Is it possible to make something pop up on certain users screens when they log into our companies "Intranet" Sharepoint?

Hi All,

I am still learning how to use SharePoint as efficiently as possible as our company's Intranet site! It would be a major help if the site owners/admins could send out memos or reminders to a certain list of individuals in our organization that would "pop-up" on that user's screen once they log in everyday. For example, say we have an urgent form that needs to be filled out. Can I either send out that form via SharePoint and have it pop up on their landing page or can I at least share a message that reminds them "Don't forget this form is due"? I hope I am making some sense here and this feature exists! This would be such a help for so many things we do :)

Thanks so much in advance!

    Hi @Ryan Halaoui ,

According to your description, there is no available ootb way to create "pop-up" on user's screen in SharePoint. Are you using SharePoint online? You could create a Power Automate flow to send email notification to users as a workaround if you are using SharePoint Online.

Follow the step in Power Automate:
    1.Create> Scheduled cloud flow

Note: You could add hour, day, month... in Repeat day.

    2.New step > Send an email(V2)

Note: You could select user or group in “To” option.
