We can only using Audit log to get the such report for your requirement. Please use global admin or user with audit logs view account to get the audit log as below:
Go to Microsoft 365 admin center-->Compliance-->Audit (https://compliance.microsoft.com/auditlogsearch?viewid=Test%20Tab), You can enter the following interface.
Set the time range you need to check, select activities such as “Accessed file”, “Renamed file”, like this:
Then export the search results to a CSV file,and find the information you need.
note: 0509 is the name of my library.
