'Getting the Visual Studio Installer ready' stucks

I've tried everything, but when I download Visual Studio Community 2022, same issue happened. I waited almost an hour to download whatever Visual Studio Installer was trying to, and nothing happened. Still stuck in 'Downloading: 0 B of 0 B, 0 B/sec.' Please help.
I'm using Windows 11 Pro and bought this laptop today.
