Can't sign into Azure after updating security phone number

Hi!
I am currently studying for the AZ-104 exam and have created an Azure account. This morning I was prompted for a security code that was assigned to a number I no longer have access to. I updated it with my new phone number and now I can't log in. It says I have to wait for a month before I can log in! How can I get this resolved? I really need to log in to practice before my exam
