Power Automate / Flow - Excel data to SharePoint list

Hi !
Flow question for you all.

I’m trying to pull date data (3 cells) from Excel and update date columns (start date, End date, Review date) in SharePoint.

The line item has a primary identifier (ID) which is matched to the Item in SP, (so If ID = ID, true)

Here’s the problem. I’ve tried converting the date but the Flow fails, and I’ve tried multiple tweaks and changes but now the flow ”Succeeds” but the data isn’t updated!

What am I missing?
Could someone please explain how to convert Excel date into a format that SharePoint date column will accept.

    Power automate is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Power automate actively monitors questions in dedicated forums here.
