Is azure artifact is only for library management or can we store the build artifacts using universal type?

Please refer to the attached screen shots and help me with this questions.

  1. Here I am versioning the builds and storing on Azure artifacts with universal pacakage type.(please verify attached pic of Devops2). In the task please explain me what is universal publish and universal download Tasks. Because if i only kept universal publish task , it is storing the build on to azure artifacts then what is the need of universal download task?
  2. Also after above step i got my build stored and versioned(please verify pics named devops). Now can you please explain me what is the views and download column means?
  3. I am trying to implement the pic Devops2 in production, are those tasks you see in the pic okay to keep? is it correct way to use azure artifacts universal type for storing the builds that are going to be deployed in prod after preprod?
