SharePoint Online Intranet sections issue

Hi,

As per the title, when I add a vertical section to my intranet page it seems to be adding a while (line / Section) right next to it which basically cuts the page short.

I have attached a screenshot below but had to cut it so that I don't compromise the company policy. But basically the red area is where the page should end as per the picture above but it does not and ads this while section.

It is very frustrating at this point and I cannot work out what or why is causing this.

    I can reproduce the issue in my SharePoint Online.

    When you add a vertical section in the page, no web parts are added meanwhile, it shows blank by default.

    Expanding the browser to more than 100% will not display the blank vertical section. In addition, only delete the vertical section will not show blank.
