Sculpt mouse macro doesn't work

Question

Hi!

I have Microsoft Sculpt Mouse and Keyboard duo. Tried assigning a mouse macro on side button for a game. It works well on browser etc but not in the game. I tried assigning app-specific macro, basic macro; none worked. Also I tried assigning hotkey for one macro on jitbit macro recorder, it doesn't recognize the side button.

I appreciate any solution offers. Cheers.

As I mentioned in comment above:

I am using mouse and keyboard center, the macros assigned work on notepad or browser adress bar but not in-game. I tried both basic and app-spesific settings.
