MFA with Atlassian SSO

Hi,

I recently activated Jira Access in my organization and currently running a test with 2 users, prior to that, we have started the 2FA in our Jira accounts, after enforcing the SSO with Azure in the policy, we are not required to use the 2FA any more, from reading the Jira tutorials, for MFA I’m supposed to contact my identity provider but I couldn't find anything about it.

Thanks for reaching out.

From your query, I understand that 2FA has been enforced on Jira cloud. Here user enables 2FA for their Atlassian account. To disable 2FA, you need to contact the administrator of Atlassian account and move those users out of 2FA policy.

If 2FA has been enforced to Azure users, then we can help you to disable multi factor authentication as mentioned here.
