Issue to save the file

When saving the file, the issue below does happen. What is the reason of this?

1.Enable indexing for the file’s folder.

Open File Explorer with the Windows key + E > Properties > Advanced > Select "Allow files in this folder to have contents indexed in addition to file properties"

2.Turn on the Sharing Wizard.

open File Explorer > View > Options > Change folder and search options > Use Sharing Wizard

3.Select Save as to rename the file.

File > Save as

4.Save the file to an alternative folder.

Save as > select an alternative folder to save

5.Uninstall third-party antivirus utilities

Posiblemente sea por permisos que no habilitó quien comparte el archivo, por eso la aplicación sugiere que guarde una copia.
