A problem with registration new account in MS Azure: a cartholder of bankscard is incorrect

I'm trying to register new account in MS Azure in Kazahstan.
But there is a problem with banks detailes: the System shows that name of cardholder is incorrect despite we chek out all letters - it is absolutely identic as on the Card.

I can't to move forward.

Please, help me, what I should do to get a registration?

    I understand that you are trying to sign up for Azure in Kazakhstan and its failing with system error cardholder name is incorrect and does not match with bank details.

    First thing, for Kazahstan (region/country) billing currency is $ USD and there are certain things that goes well while you sign up for Azure. Listing a few below, for more details refer to the troubleshooting guide.

    • When you sign up for the Azure subscription, verify that the billing address for the credit card registration matches your bank records.
    • Virtual or pre-paid credit cards aren't accepted as payment for Azure subscriptions.
    • To complete the identity verification by card, third-party cookies must be allowed for your browser.
