An error occured while deleting users from the lab

I have created and used a LabAccount and several Labs successfull in the past. However, I cannot remove users from the Lab anymore. I got following message: "An error occured while deleting users from the lab."

Also an error occurs when I want to reset a VM:

Anyone has a clue why these things are happening?

    An error occurred while deleting users from the lab.
    An error occurred while resetting your VM(s).

    The errors that you are seeing appear to be an issue on our end that we would like to investigate so we can create a fix. In the future, you should be able to just remove the user and the VM should become unassigned and reset. I'm going to reach out to you directly with additional details.
