Cannot assign caller ID Policy

Hi

Please i have a colleague who is having this issue. I need your assistance to get it resolved.

The Caller ID policy was set up. When I assign this to a user and hit apply, when you go back into the user, it hasn't set.

It keep showing Keep existing policy

I seems it a GUI issue.

    It keep showing Keep existing policy

    The screenshot you shared above is for administrators to assign a policy to users, rather than check which policy is applied to an individual user or to a small number of users at a time. See this document for more information. So it's actually the expected behavior that it always shows "Keep existing policy" when you check back.

    In order to verify which caller ID policy is assigned to a user, please go to Users > Manage Users, locate the user you want to check, click the "View policies" button:

    Scroll down and you would be able to see the caller ID policy assigned to the user:

    As you can see in the screenshot above, the current caller ID policy assigned to user1 in my lab tenant is "Test user policy", but if click User1 and choose Edit settings, what I see is also "Keep existing policy" which is the expected behavior as mentioned earlier:

    Above all, if the policy displayed after clicking "view policies" is correct, you can just rest assured.
