I am the NEW IT Guy at a Non-Profit - who had registered for FREE Office 365 some time back for their domain but never actually migrated.
120 accounts, most IMAP - migrated via IMAP MIGRATION in Exchange - all done - users happy :)
Some accounts are POP based, old ones with 40GB PST Files on Local PCs for OUTLOOK - am stuck with those.
Tried importing PST into Outlook after adding a new Exchange account, Outlook is stuck at UPDATING INBOX Message in status bar and new emails are NOT received - some items seem to be imported, but am unable to check/verify the completeness of the local per user import.
Tried to import via NETWORK UPLOAD METHOD
first split files into smaller PST files by adding MAIL RECEIVED filter with year and between filter option.
Uploaded Files via AZCOPY
Created a mapping CSV file
Uploaded CSV Mapping and started the Validation and Analyses
It shows CSV Validated - PST files on Azure Storage Blob (checked/confirmed via Azure Storage Explorer)
During Analyses it tells me the size to be imported and also that some emails are OLD - I need to IMPORT all, so I select the ALL import option
Start the Final Step - IMPORT TO 365
The Process FAILS after sometime - 0 items imported, 0 items skipped - no reason for fail
Download LOG file, it says ERROR, UNKNOWN
Am trying to get SUPPORT to help me, the support guy got me to register for AZURE PREMIUM P1 Support TRIAL - nothing paid yet - but I dont see why that is needed or how that helps me - also no new additional SUPPORT options in Azure for me the options available there are not related to my issue, I THINK.
