Redirected RDP Printing

Mary is on a Windows desktop at her office where she loads a VPN client that connects her to a third-party cloud server to run QuickBooks. She loads her office printer with check stock and prints AP checks from the remote session using a Windows redirected printer. So far so good.

Mary uses a laptop from home periodically to access the same cloud-based QuickBooks instance. And when she does, she also needs to print those same AP checks to that same printer in her office.

The only solution I am aware of is to use something like TeamViewer to connect from the laptop to the office PC, then use QuickBooks on the office PC and print just like she was at the office.

Is there a method I'm not familiar with, absent a separate VPN from the home to the office, to have the home laptop print to the office printer?

Thanks!
