How to get wifi direct mac address correctly?

Now first we create an anonymous GO, then we get wifi direct MAC address in windows platform, and android try to discover the WiFi direct, and get the MAC address, and find the two mac address are not totally matched sometimes, sometimes 4 bits are not different or 8 bits are not different. How to get wifi direct mac address correctly on windows? is there some sample codes? or it is not MS issue, it is network card manufacture's issue.
