unable to see a user calendar free\busy info

Hi,

there is a issue where the user calendar free\busy is not showing to scheduling a meeting to anyone in the organization.

tried few steps:
trun of cache mode
rebuild his\her profile.
resetting the permissions for default.

none of them worked.

any ideas or troubleshooting ideas towards resolution is appreciated.

the user is in office 365.

    These are the permissions on user calendar. after executing the above command.
