¡Como puedo elegir el tamaño de mi maquina virtual en AZURE si las opciones me aparecen no disponibles?

Tengo suscripción de Azure para estudiantes, al momento de crear mi maquina virtual de Linux con imagen Ubuntu Server 16.04-LTS-Gen1 no me deja seleccionar el tamaño para mi maquina virtual me aparece la opción pero me dice que no esta disponible, ya cambie de región a todas las opciones que aparecen en la lista pero no tengo solución aun.
