I cannot add the new component to the toolbox

I want to add the new components to the toolbox from ILNumerics.Drawing.
However, when I tried to add the dll file, there is a error that there is no components which can be added to toolbox.
Are there any solutions for this problem.

    Have you tried adding the ILNumerics.Drawing.Panel control in code?
