    Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to Disk Busy in Hyper-V

    1. Please check iSCSI connections to this Disk and SAN and there should be no disconnection or offline state.

    2 .Please try to Reboot Hyper-V Node and see its resolved automatically .

    1. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
    2. Try to run chkdsk C:\ /f /r on the Custer Disk 9 drive.
    3. Please run Cluster validation wizard and see Cluster and all CSV health is good.
