I'm trying to publish an application I built with MSIX Packaging Tool. The submission process fails, and the only information I have is: "Failed to extract imported API information for this application.".

Error Found: The app manifest test detected the following errors:

I have no idea about what this is supposed to mean, and this is documented nowhere. I tried to reach Microsoft support but they sent me here, so here I am. I don't know how to solve the issue as I cannot get information about what is wrong.

It seems that you are having a manifest test error when passing the WACK test online. There should be a How to fix that tells how to fix this issue. You could check that and fix the manifest file of your app.
Besides, Microsoft Q&A does not support questions with third-party libraries or tools, like electron builder. You could ask this question in the electron forum.
Yes but electron builder does his job correctly. The WACK test tells me this:
App manifest must include valid entries for all required fields.
But there is no information about what field is missing or incorrect. Moreover, I couldn't find any documentation about what are the required fields of the manifest. And weirder, I could submit an app with the exact same manifest.

I'd suggest you create a native UWP app using Visual Studio and compare the manifest files. Again, due to the policy, your app is created by electron builder so this question is out of scope.
I built the app using MSIX Packaging Tool and got the exact same result.
The manifest is definitely valid. My guess is that the message generated by the WACK tool has nothing to do with the real problem. But only Microsoft can see the internal errors and tell us what is actually happening, so there is not much we can do on our side...
@Roy Li - MSFT MSIX Packaging Tool is a tool from Microsoft, right? I edited the question to reflect that.
Please try to create a native UWP via Visual Studio, adding these information in the manifest file and upload the package to check if it works.
This worked, and also, the following manifest was from a version that was accepted, and it's equal to the one that gets rejected right now, so it's impossible that the manifest is the cause of the issue here.
So it seems that issue is related to the project itself. Please try to create the project with Visual Studio instead of using third-party tools. And package it with Visual Studio. Then try to upload this package again.
On Microsoft side, don't you have any way of checking what is the root error? Why do I have an error message related to the manifest telling me to provide all the required fields in the manifest if it's not related to the manifest file?
If I build with Visual Studio I have the same error.
