Recipients didn't get the meeting invite when sent to a DL collapsed. The same invite gets delivered to all when the DL is expanded. This happens with outlook o365

Does this affect all meeting invitations sent to the DL? And how about other DLs in your environment? Is there any non-delivery report sent back to the meeting organizer when the issue occurs?
Besides, it's recommended to run a message trace for one of the problematic meeting invitation message via EAC and see if any clues can be found.

The reason could be a restriction in delivery management. If the sender is not allowed to send messages to the DL or sender is located outside of your organization.
Well, the members in the dl gets the invite when the DL gets expanded. So I don't think this would be an issue
