Autopilot Account Setup Login page not visible

I am trying to do a Hybrid Azure AD Autopilot on VPN, everything works fine till Device Setup phase.
In Account Setup phase, my ESP is stuck at

I am not getting Login Prompt dialogue box in the Account Setup phase.
I press Alt+Tab at this phase, find that the Dialogue box is indeed present but only in background and does not come in the foreground.

Due to this, I am facing a lot of inconsistency in Autopilot provisioning.

    I have usually seen the login in the background and it isn't an issue.

    Is the Intune Connector for AD marked as Active in the Intune (MEM) portal? Have you reviewed the Event Logs on the server where the Intune Connector for AD is installed? See https://oofhours.com/2020/07/19/troubleshooting-windows-autopilot-hybrid-azure-ad-join/

    @IntuneUser , After researching, I found there was a known issue with Autopilot under Service Health and message center. And it seems to be fixed.
