Infopath forms error on sharepoint 2016

Question

Hi There

We have an infopath form on sharepoint 2016.

When we just submit the form with few fields (no document uploading) we get the error below :

SharePoint Foundation General 8kh7 High Server Out Of Memory. There is no memory on the server to run your program. Please contact your administrator with this problem.
InfoPath Forms Services Critical There was a form postback error. Type: OutOfMemoryException, Exception Message: Server Out Of Memory. There is no memory on the server to run your program. Please contact your administrator with this problem.)

Based on my research and testing , you can do some troubleshooting, please confirm the situation:

1. When submitting this form, whether there is an ongoing process in the datadase consumes a lot of memory in the database. If there is, end the process or upgrade the RAM to increase the memory to solve this issue..
2. Does the form content exceed the allowable size? Please check Maximum Upload Size in Central Administration > Application Management > Web Application General Settings. Did the form size exceed the maximum size?
