Can't switch audio device in call

Hi,

I'm having some issues with the audio settings in Skype 4 Business.

My Skype version is 16.0.5266.1000.

I would like to change my audio device in OPTIONS --> Audio device but i can't (see picture)

In order to change audio device in call, my devices need to be seen in the first option. But of course they aren't.

My college doesn't have the same problem.

With the SAME skype version, he has an other layout. (see picture)

As you can see, he can't customize his devices but has the option to chose his preferred device in the first option.

How can it be that two skypes with the same version have different layouts.

    If you don’t see your device in the list, ensure that it’s connected directly to your computer.

    For help with fixing audio or sound problems, try the audio troubleshooter, which can often fix audio problems automatically.

    To run the troubleshooter, click the Start button, type Troubleshoot, and then click Troubleshoot in the listing.

    Click Playing Audio > Run the troubleshooter.

    I shall suggest you to update the audio driver and use the hardware/ audio troubleshooter.
