BLUE SCREEN

i keep blue screening recently and this is what i get---- The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff8037a055017, 0xffffe48a2f3d7728, 0xffff8a8115f5a920). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 28952079-8f60-485e-a8f1-2789e8aad066
if anyone can help pls
