Unable to create a VM using Azure Portal

I'm unable to create a virtual machine using Azure Portal irrespective of the region I choose. I keep getting the below error

"Your subscription doesn't support virtual machine creation in <Region>. Choose a different location"

I've tried US East, US East2, Canada Central and France Central

Appreciate your help

Hello @AashishJolly-7759 ,
Thanks for reaching out.
Could you please paste a screenshot of the above error you are seeing ?
Also, can you retry creating the VM in France Central?
Could you also specify what type of Azure Account are you using - Pay-As-You-Go, Student, Trial, etc?
Also, what is the size (sku) of the VM that you are trying to create?

Hello @AashishJolly-7759

First you can check the quotas for resources corresponding to the region. To do that, you can use the following commands for PowerShell.

 Login-AzureRmAccount
 Get-AzureRmVMUsage

the output will show the usage and limit for resources

Also you may need to request access for certain regions. Click on "Learn more" and "Click here for available locations" for more information as well as recommended locations. If you need to use that location specifically, you can create a new support request:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/azure/general/region-access-request-process

In the portal, go to Help + support and click on + New support request.

Complete the support request. Issue Type: Service and subscription Limit (quotas), Quota type: Other request, Description: "Request access for the Azure <region name> Regions.

@AndriyBilous thanks for your response. I can ensure that quotas are not an issue, as this is the first time I'm trying to launch a VM. Please find screenshot below

I have tried creating the VM in various regions and I get the same error

Ok, so quotas are not an issue.
Then you need to open Support request access for certain regions.
