Cant email nor see recieved email

Question

Can't email nor see received email on my laptop but my android phone can send and receive this same mail.
All the control buttons are missing and earlier the site showed that I was spamming.
Why is this happening?

Outlook.com (hotmail) is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Outlook.com actively monitors questions in dedicated forums here.
