Windows Hello sign-in options problems

Hi there,

I just set up a new laptop, and I set up the biometric during the initial setup process. I was able to set up the fingerprint recognition and the PIN at first, but when I wanted to set the facial recognition and add more fingerprints, I wasn't able to do so. Weirdly, even the PIN option is unavailable. Any suggestions to work with this issue?

    Try run Windows Update and download and install all updates and restart your PC.
    Visit your device's manufacturer website and download and install the latest driver for your PC.
    Open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
