I can't swith between GPU's

Hello everyone, as my title say i can't switch my process between GPU's I have 2 dedicated GPU
I can switch in games when the game let me choose the graphic card but when i try to select the R9 200 series to open my internet browser I can only choose RX 5500 XT
Is there a way to solve this? I mean, I want my RX 5500XT to only play games and my R9 200 series for browser.
Just in case that someone ask: I have 3 monitors, my main is connected to RX 5500 XT and my other 2 that are secondary monitors are conected to R9 200 series.
