invoices are no longer sent

Since last month, we do not receive any invoices to the e-mail address that we submitted.

The support won´t help us as our admin user is no longer working in our company and his e-mail address
does not exist any more. But the billing e-mail does.

Can anyone help me? We need the last (and all future) invoice asap!
