LDP cannot bind as after connecting to Azure AD Domain Services

I was able to connect to Secure LDP with Azure AD Domain Services as backend. Then clicked on BIND and then entered the following information: (or ), password, domain as (domain.com).
After a few seconds, I got the error message: The logon attempt failed. Help please! Thank you.
GetLastError indicate -- 0x31=LdapGetLastError() Invalid Credentials

    Which tool you binding to LDAP - LDP?
    Azure Multi-Factor Authentication is enabled on the user account?
    The name format you using is user@keyman .com or domain\user?
