Display Data with no Data in Bar Graph visual

Question

Hi Im relatively new to Power Bi .

Im trying to show the group of items based on age analysis. I have a column Age in which a made an Age category conditional column. My groups are :
0<x<7 = Due in a week
-7<x<-14 = 2 Week Late
x<-14=2-4 Weeks Late
