Not able to acess O365 Exchange admin center. 410 page not found.

We have exchange 2016 hybrid set up. Exchange 2016 admin console is accessible. Not the O365 console.
We are getting 410 Page not found error. Please see the screenshot.

    I want to confirm with you how do you access the O365 console.

    Could you login to those two links successfully?

    1. https://admin.microsoft.com (Office 365 admin center)
    2. https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com (Exchange online new admin center)

    If you could login Office 365 admin center successfully, you have a check the Service Health. A part of Exchange online has this issue below and will be repaired gradually:

    Seeing exactly the same issue here - started yesterday. Can find nothing official from Microsoft about it. Looks like the hybrid ECP page has been removed deliberately!

    I've logged a case with 365 support - but I'm not holding my breath.
