We as the HSA Kft. are subsribed to the Office365 service. We have received a credit note (E0800I7X7I) on the 2nd of April. The deadline of it was 2022.05.02. and we have not received the funds in our bank account since then.
Could you check on the problem please? If you could send a proof of payment, we would be greteful.
