A customer is freshly using Microsoft 365 and has users with access to a shared mailbox in Exchange Online. How can we connect the native mail application (not Outlook) to the shared mailbox please?
The customer tried https://support.ti.davidson.edu/hc/en-us/articles/115015863427-Add-a-Microsoft-Office-365-shared-mailbox-on-an-iPhone-or-iPad and https://www.romcon.de/how-to-access-an-office-365-shared-mailbox-on-ios/ already, but gets the error that there was no password and he should enter one. He had entered the password of the licensed user. The user's own mailbox works fine, just the additionsl shared mailbox makes problems.
