Hello,

You can use official PC Health Check app to determine Windows 11 eligibility:

Your CPU is not supported, you may check list of supported Intel processors on:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-intel-processors
Your device should also fulfill other requirements like TPM 2.0.
You may see list of system requirements for Windows 11 on:

Windows 11 can run on most computers that can run Windows 10.

This has been reported in many threads.

It includes desktops, laptops, and tablets.

When using Windows 11 it can be in a supported or unsupported fashion.

In the supported fashion the user can benefit from the improvements in performance, security, and reliability.

In the unsupported fashion the user may not be able to have these improvements.

Microsoft has warned that using Windows 11 in the unsupported fashion may have problems with Windows and Microsoft Defender updates.

If you decide that you want to use Windows 11 in the unsupported fashion links can be posted on how to upgrade from Windows 10 to 11 in the unsupported fashion.
