Is there a tool or add-on in Microsoft 365 for admins to monitor user email response times?

What do you mean about user email response times?

As I know, as an administrator, we can find out what happened to an email message by running a message trace in the Exchange admin center (EAC). After running the message trace, we can view the results in a list, and then view the details about a specific message. For more information, please refer to: Run a message trace in the classic EAC in Exchange Online.

Sorry, I mean a tool to calculate the average email response time of users in a Microsoft 365 organization on a weekly or monthly basis.

For example, when a user gets an email from another person such as a vendor or client, the user must immediately reply to the email as soon as possible. And here I need a tool to calculate it.

Some of the paid third party tools/apps I got like timetoreply.com or earlier in my Google Workspace use emailmeter.com.
So I try to ask in this forum whether Microsoft 365 (with a business basic license) has this tool or an add-in for this need?

I have done a lot of research but didn't find a microsoft tool that meets your needs. I'm afraid that you need to rely on other third-party tools.
