Azure appears blank to me, as if it was deleted

Is it possible to restore without backup? , my account is a student , Azure appears blank to me, as if it were deleted

I see that you mentioned you have Azure for student account and it appears. Click on this Link :-
https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_Azure_Education/EducationMenuBlade/overview
and then Click on "Claim"

Try to activate your Azure for Student subscription using your GitHub account. You need to provide a phone number and your academic organization’s email address (for example, your_name@your_school.edu) to sign up for an Azure for Students subscription.
