Getting Intermittent Timeout Issues when calling the BC365 Dynamics API

Hi,

We are experiencing intermittent timeout errors on these endpoints:

https://api.businesscentral.dynamics.com/v2.0/{environment}/api/v2.0/companies({id})/taxGroups
https://api.businesscentral.dynamics.com/v2.0/{environment}/api/v2.0/companies({id})/accounts

When this happens we generally have to retry about 5 times to get a successful response (each retry lasts for a minute). In some cases, all trials fail. Not sure if this is a common thing or if there is some sort of restriction with BC that blocks requests? We have evaluated the rate-limiting specified on the docs (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/administration/operational-limits-online), but we are by far nowhere near reaching these. We have also analysed if this a DNS caching issue and we have logged the IPs that the api.businesscentral.dynamics.com domain name is resolving to and it is mainly these two IP addresses: 52.137.62.73 and 20.203.149.253 and it seems to be occurring for both hosts, but there are also many successful transactions for both hosts.

Please help us figure out what the issue could be here.
