In MS Teams, how to receive a notification if any of my keywords are mentioned in a channel? OOB/Custom solution either is fine.

Hi there

In MS Teams, how to receive a notification if any of my keywords are mentioned in a channel?
Is there any out-of-box way?
Or, how to develop a custom app/solution that can do this?

Thank you.
